I would like to request the records pertaining to the vehicle assigned to and driven by the Mayor/Director of Public Safety, specifically the Make, Model, Vehicle car number, current mileage and all maintenance records for the past one(1) year, to include all the total amount of days that this vehicle was marked "Out of Service" to be maintained and/or repaired.
